How to WriteIt is not enough to write well
Calling upon commas and punctuation
Inserting apostrophes
And adding rhyme and rhythm
For what comes of such
Is passivity
To accomplish anything
I must take out my heart
Break though my ribs
Rip apart the sinew and muscle
Although my hands slip
And the metallic tang of blood
Overwhelms my senses
I barely falter in
My agonizing movements
That tear away my very soul
The arteries and veins stretch out
And as they begin to snap
My heart is released
I fight to stay alive
In control
Hands finally begin to shake
Affixing heart to paper
The nails that hold it up
The ones in my coffin

Star the MagnificentI tend to think of myself as a very brave and fearless person. After all I am not afraid of the dark, or bugs, or heights, or scary movies. I can even think of the perfect responses to those awful moments when people are putting you down, and making you feel like that teeny bug you're not afraid of. The Summer Serenity Wish HouseEveryday I take the bus to school. It's not my favorite mode of transportation. It is tedious and uncomfortable. The bus makes frequent stops that jerk me away from whatever idle thoughts I'm having. But everyday, as the high-rise buildings flash by in bouts of light and shadow, the bus zips by a tiny little house.

It doesn't belong there. The house is in the bungalow style; all spread out and lazy. It is quaint, a gable style roof and all covered in ivy. But the thing that made me notice it is a little patch where the ivy has been cleared away and the cracked stucco underneath is showing. In this little patch, in a fanciful blue script, th

from wounds

to fill holes
that don't exist

I have trouble doing poetry based off other things so it took me awhile to come up with this. My first thought on the picture was that it was about lovers.

To me there was something about the lovers that seemed unreal or fantastical. It was almost like they were angels. These thoughts together made me think of a story i had heard about humans having only one wing and they had to find the person whose wing matched so they could fly together (aw sappy romantic sigh)

The picture offers just a glimpse of what I think could have been, will be, or of what should be. A desire. Maybe a desire for what is not known.

And then arises the question of how can what was never lost be found again.

This is amazing, I hope you can keep writing. I hate to ask this, and I know you have more important things to do, but could you please write something along the lines of a fantasy story?
